I am so happy I found Vivid! I immediately signed up for their membership, it is an amazing deal and I can’t wait to try out everything they have to offer. Every technician/nurse has been amazing. Very clean and cute spot, I’ll recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I had a Hydrafacial at Vivid Skin & Laser Center with Madilyn and absolutely loved it! My skin felt so clean, hydrated, and glowing afterward. I came with one of my friends to see Sarah, I got lip filler (1/2) and she got the dysport. We were both nervous as it was our first time coming here and my first time getting filler, but the experience was amazing! Sarah and the other girls are so kind and informative, and I feel like she really listened to what I wanted and executed it in a way that has left me and my friend both extremely happy. I have already been recommending her and the studio to everyone who asks and will be continuing to do so :)

Figured this would be my new filler & hair place but after my appointment with Kaesy for a balayage, I will never step foot in this location for services again. Customer service is nowhere to be found, and my hairstylist seemed extremely irritated to be doing my hair. She didn’t try to have a conversation, she would turn around and get on her phone in the middle of curling my hair, and the aggression during my service just seems extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I originally booked a balayage for $215, and once I showed up, she said she was going to do a partial balayage instead. I’m unhappy with my results and stated that my hair looks like it’s missing something underneath, as she only did what she felt like doing. After stating my opinion, she still allowed me to walk out and pay full price instead of trying to offer to fix it. I understand if an inspo picture or the service booked isn’t realistic. Maybe offer your clients different options before just doing whatever you feel like at the time. As she’s the stylist, I figured she knows what’s best for my hair, so I agreed to the partial, although will now have to go somewhere else to get my hair redone. Once I got up to the counter to pay, I had let them know it wasn’t a full Balayage ($215) anymore and only a partial ($185 per THEIR website). She stated she knew and I ended up paying $252.35 as a “$35 dollar fee was added due to a root smudge”. The math isn’t adding up as it should’ve been $220 however I wasn’t trying to keep arguing as it seems nobody here listens nor cares. *** As i’ve gotten home and looked closer, my hair is SO many different shades. A full service will be required at a new salon, as this “master stylist” was happy with this result to allow me leave like this without trying to fix it. If you’re looking to book a service here, do your wallet and yourself a favor and skip this med spa. :( (first two pictures are my “partial balayage” - I expressed my unhappiness with how it looks unfinished and that it’s not what i asked for.)
