I am so happy I found Vivid! I immediately signed up for their membership, it is an amazing deal and I can’t wait to try out everything they have to offer. Every technician/nurse has been amazing. Very clean and cute spot, I’ll recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I had a Hydrafacial at Vivid Skin & Laser Center with Madilyn and absolutely loved it! My skin felt so clean, hydrated, and glowing afterward. I was reluctant to share this review, but seeing that Kaesey is still working at the salon, I feel I should warn others. About seven months ago, I made an appointment for a balayage and hair trim with Kaesey. What should have been a simple service turned into over three hours of coloring and re-coloring. On top of that, she cut off 6 inches when I asked for 2. I left with severe damage, streaky hair, and absolutely nothing like what I had requested. By that point, I was exhausted and left without making a scene— I figured sometimes people have off days and she just wasn’t on her game. It happens. I later called the salon, politely explaining that I didn’t get what I had asked for. After submitting photos, the front desk offered to refund the haircut amount (it must have been embarrassing for the salon to see my hair was crazy CHOPPED off) and told me I could come back to have the color fixed free of charge. I was reluctant to return to Kaesey, but after two weeks, I found time in my busy schedule to give her a chance to fix the streaks and my brassy head of hair that now looked like straw. When I arrived, it was a complete bait-and-switch— Kaesey and the manager told me I would have to pay for an entirely new hair service, which was absurd after already spending over $400 for my damaged hair less than two weeks prior. I wouldn’t have taken time out to come back to the same hairstylist that messed up my hair to begin with if I had to pay all over again. It was unbelievable. At that point, I was upset and I told them how unprofessional this was and that I would go to social media with it. That seemed to do the trick. The owner who called me back, refunded my money, and strongly insisted I not post publicly, saying she would “take care of this” with Kaesey. After my experience, I went online to see if there were any previous reviews on Kaesey— turns out there were and I wished I had seen them before! Today I just happened to be looking to get a facial and came across Vivid Skin Hair & Laser online only to notice Kaesey is STILL working at the salon all these months later. There are some recent positive reviews, which seems odd and maybe a result of some incentives, because if you scroll further back, you’ll see more experiences like mine just 5 months ago. I used to love this salon when Sara was there, but unfortunately this place has turned to professional negligence by leaving Kaesey as the primary hairstylist there. Her license should be revoked for malpractice and incompetency. On top of that, overall customer experience isn’t reflected in the prices they charge. If a client is unhappy with the results, they should care to make it better. Instead, they are more worried about covering it up and maintaining a reputation. I hope the owner actually takes responsibility this time.
