I just started getting facials from *Sandra* at Valley Medical Weight Loss & Med Spa and I'm really happy I found her!! She made me feel relaxed and super comfy right away! She explained everything, answered all my questions and didnt try to sell me on a bunch of stuff! My skin already looks and feels so much better. I had such a wonderful experience today at this med spa. Unfortunately, I fainted during my visit, and the staff immediately stepped in with so much care, compassion, and professionalism. The ladies were incredibly kind, stayed with me, helped me through everything, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. What truly meant the most to me was that they even called later in the afternoon to check on me and make sure I made it home safely. That level of genuine care is rare and speaks volumes about the people who work there. I’m beyond grateful for their kindness and support. Truly amazing people, and I highly recommend them!
