Having never had a facial before, I decided there was no better time than the middle of summer when my skin was feeling dry and in need of some attention. After researching several med spas in the area, The Well Med Spa stood out because of its outstanding reviews. I booked the Aerolase Neo Elite Laser Facial and the AquaFirme Facial, and I am beyond impressed with the results. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my skin glow the way it does now! Ashley was absolutely amazing, she took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable, and provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. The treatment exceeded all of my expectations, and I can already see why so many people rave about this spa. I’ll definitely be back in 4–6 weeks, as recommended, for the same treatments. Thank you, Ashley, for such an incredible experience. You’ve officially made me a facial believer! I had such a wonderful experience at The Well Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, the environment felt relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming, and their spectacular welcome dog in the lobby made it even better. My aesthetician, Ashley, was fantastic. She explained everything clearly, talked me through the whole process, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I also appreciated that she recommended products based on what I specifically asked about, without making it feel pushy. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I’m definitely going back and highly recommend The Well Med Spa!
The Well Med Spa is fantastic. I’ve been going for about two years. They are great about scheduling and Ashley is my favorite aesthetician. I can definitely see results from Aerolase and microneedling. Prices are competitive and the treatment room is cozy. Ashley is gentle and sensitive to any pain. A mask and red light machine is a great addition if you don’t have time for longer treatment. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

It didn’t feel like a sales pitch—it felt like genuine care and guidance. You can tell they really want to help you reach your goals in a safe and sustainable way.
