Hi, my name is Betty. I am 72 years old and trying to sneak up on 73. I am and have been a patient of Dr. Fulton and Skinovative Spa for over 6 years. Last year, I got engaged to the most wonderful, kind and loving man possible. We decided to get married on May 8th, 2026 and I wanted to look fabulous for our nuptial's. I went to Dr. Fulton and got a consultation and I elected for fillers in lieu of a facelift. What you see in my before and after photos may surprise you, but what I can tell you is the simple truth....for me, fillers were a Godsend. Yes, a facelift, might have been more impactful, but for me, the right choice was fillers. Who knows...maybe a facelift in 2030 is doable, but please look at my before and after photos of our wedding and make the choice for yourself...,
Dr. Fulton is amazing, and I love that he listens to my concerns of wanting to still look like me and not do anything that looks unnatural. He truly understands facial anatomy and takes the time to explain how the various muscles in our face work. Dr. Fulton is my person for all things Botox and lip filler!
Incredible. I have tried many med spas all over the valley over many years and by far this is the best with my very best results. You feel like family when you arrive they are so personal.
