My experience with this office and its staff has been fantastic! Dr. Mullen is wonderful and so knowledgeable, and Charlotte the radiology therapist Is as well. Everyone is so friendly even if I’m not directly interacting with them. Front staff reception is great And all of my appointments have been on time. I am so happy to have found this Derm office and highly recommend!
They entire staff were wonderful. Scheduling was very easy. The doctor was great. She explained everything in detail hand the proceedure wasn't fast and painless. I'm very fortunate today have found this practice. By the way, I went to the Chandler office whic was very convenient for me.
Dr. E (Dr. Egnatios) is the best! She created a personalized, honest, and thorough plan for my cosmetic needs. Emily, on the dermatology side, expertly helped my daughter and she’s thrilled with the results. My son’s acne is now completely cured thanks to Emily too. My husband gets his preventive skin checks here. The office is beautifully designed, and all staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
It was a pleasure to have been seen at the Scottsdale Skin Boutique. Everyone we spoke with were kind and helpful. The NP was very pleasant and took time to do a thorough exam. The two of us are pleased with the Scottsdale Skin Boutique. We will be making the 2 hour drive down the hill for a medical needs.
I was really excited to visit this dermatology and skin boutique, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing due to a lack of pricing transparency. Upon arrival, I was asked to provide my ID and insurance, which was fine, but when I inquired about self-pay options versus using insurance, I was told the initial consultation would be $400 for a 30-minute visit. That pricing felt extremely high, especially since the visit was primarily a consultation. What was more frustrating was that this information was not communicated upfront before my appointment. I believe clients should have clear visibility into costs ahead of time so they can make informed decisions. I completely understand that aesthetic and boutique-style practices may have higher pricing, but transparency is key. I would have appreciated knowing the cost beforehand rather than finding out at check-in. Because of this, I chose not to move forward. I hope this feedback encourages more upfront communication around pricing for future patients
