Today was my first time visiting, and I was paired with Olivia for a neurotoxin injection. She's very personable, and upbeat, and she made the visit very fun and energizing. Prior to meeting her, I received red carpet treatment from the time I walked in the door. It actually inspires me to be a better business woman myself and strive to give clients special experiences. I experienced a warm and friendly greeting from Angelica, no time in the waiting room (she never even let me sit down), but instead took me immediately back to a, "special room" that has an optional massage chair, music, and specialty lighting. From there I received assistance connecting to the Internet, scanning a QR code, and you speak to a doctor online by video for a pre-clearance. I have to say they have quite the process and they have it down pat. Again, very inspiring. They know how to do business. Had a really great experience from start to finish didn't feel rushed with my initial appointment being 60 minutes. It was well worth the time to form a relationship not just get shot in the forehead with neurotoxin, only to me rushed out the door 7 minutes later. This is a very special place. I received client education on Dysport vs Daxify Va Botox and, an invitation to come back for a touchup if needed, And although I won't know if my results for about 10 days, I'm very happy having visited there today. -Sara A.

Allison, and Olivia are so intelligent and good at what they do. They will customize a treatment regimen according to your needs, budget, and goals. The spa feels boutique and high-end throughout. Had Botox done by Liv (Olivia) today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was professional, personable, and clearly knows what she’s doing. I can’t recommend Allison at Moderne Medical enough! She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. Last year, I made the mistake of trying somewhere closer to home and was very disappointed with the results. Allison was kind enough to take me back as a patient and fix the filler that had been done elsewhere. I was so grateful. She always takes the time to listen, explain everything, and make sure my results look natural.
