Had Botox done by Liv (Olivia) today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was professional, personable, and clearly knows what she’s doing. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the treatment plan, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. What stood out most was her attention to detail and focus on natural-looking results. I never felt pressured into additional treatments, and I appreciated her honest recommendations. I can’t recommend Allison at Moderne Medical enough! She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. Last year, I made the mistake of trying somewhere closer to home and was very disappointed with the results. Allison was kind enough to take me back as a patient and fix the filler that had been done elsewhere. I was so grateful. She always takes the time to listen, explain everything, and make sure my results look natural. Most recently, she remembered a concern I had mentioned in the past and thought of me when a new filler became available that was a better fit for that area. That level of care is so rare. I trust Allison completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for always taking such wonderful care of me!
Cierra was absolutely amazing — 10/10, highly recommend! The level of service she provided was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly educate me on the products and procedures I was interested in, without ever making me feel pressured or upsold.
