I have been a patient here since it opened about 4 years ago! I see Dr. O’Hara for HRT. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. I get botox here and have had facials, BBL and Moxi laser treatments. Brooke is fantastic! She takes time to explain the different options for laser and assesses what treatment is best for my skin. I love the staff here. They really make you feel special. The lasers are top of the line. The space is beautiful. I have moved about an hour away and still travel to get my treatments here. I highly recommend Lazaderm Chandler!

This has been my second BBL and Moxi treatment with Alisha. She is PHENOMENAL. Even after the first treatment people commented on how my skin looked 10 years younger and they weren’t even aware I had laser done. Alisha is one of the most professional aestheticians with whom I’ve ever worked. She truly loves her job which is so evident by her infectiously positive attitude and her genuine excitement with results. I would strongly recommend Alisha and Lazaderm. It’s worth every penny. The lady there did 2 laser treatments on my entire face. The first session was fine. Everything healed quickly with no issues. During the second session, she went over my cheeks too many times and I got heavy scabbing in those areas. The rest of my face peeled and heeled quickly, no scabbing. My cheeks on the other hand are scarred. They were super red for months and now i have huge dark spots. It’s been 1 year and the scars haven’t gone away. And makeup doesn’t even cover them. It has honestly ruined my face. Luckily they did refund me, because i went in there crying over what happened and begged for my money back. I paid them over $1,200, but the scars are permanent and the damage is done. No amount of money will undo what they did. And I don’t know what to do or who to trust at this point to try to get rid of the dark spots. Originally I came in hoping to remove one very tiny spot on my left cheek, and after trusting the lead doctor there and taking his recommendation, I ended up leaving with huge dark spots on both cheeks and I look like a raccoon. I’m not even 40 and this has completely ruined my confidence. I can’t even leave the house without doing a full face of makeup and putting heavy amounts of concealer on my cheeks. The photos i just took don’t even show the extent of how my face looks. The spots are very very dark and the worst part is that I have a heavy line under my eyes that goes from dark to light and it’s nearly impossible to hide with concealer. Usually I have to do four layers or concealer with pressed powder in that area. Getting my face lasered was the biggest mistake of my life. I should have left my face alone. Please don’t laser your face. It’s not worth the risk.

I love Lazaderm! Their staff is amazing and well-knowledgeable with their products and services. Brooke is my to go person when it comes to caring my facial, she makes me comfortable asking her beauty tips and always willing to give her advice. Well worth every penny spent with good results.

Dr Ohara is so patient and caring. She alway makes me feel important and I leave my treatment feeling valued . Amy thank you again for making me feel so loved and listening to me. I will always come to Dr. Ohara . My husband also comes to her for treatment . She is the BEST!
