I found this company through Groupon and booked a one hour facial. On both Groupon and Google it shows business being open Tuesday - Saturday. After I bought the Groupon, I contacted the spa to schedule my facial. The scheduling process was not ideal, I called a few times on Saturday and no one answered the phone. I called again on Tuesday when they were open and no one answered the phone, on the second try I left a voicemail and then I received a text message from Chloe at the spa. I requested to be booked for their first Saturday appointment, and Chloe informed me they are no longer open Saturdays. She said they are only open Wednesday and Thursday, and some fridays (during the day). I informed her I can only come in on Saturdays because I work during the week, and I’ve tried to contact Groupon for a refund and it’s been a mess, but the spa really should be transparent about their hours.
Marissa is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I met her, I felt completely comfortable trusting her with my skin. Her knowledge and experience really shine through, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel informed and confident. Hands down the best, and most magical feeling ever, to receive a facial! My amazing esthetician, Chloe is the best of the BEST. Her expertise in this area is top tier, and my skins literally speaks for itself, it’s never been this healthy. I found this med spa, a little over a year ago, and have been a member ever since. I only see Chloe, and truly get excited when I know I’m scheduled for an upcoming appointment. I highly recommend you book your next session, with Chloe! Amazing!!
Taylor the spa manager was lovely. She was friendly and accommodating and understood I came in with a budget. She wanted to work with me to get the treatment that I came in for. I have never met with a more knowledgeable injector other than Carmen. She made me feel at ease and comfortable as I came in so nervous to be with a new injector. I love the way everything turned out and am so so happy with my results. Avery who was at the front desk walked me through the Alle app, which saved me money off of my treatment after signing up. She was patient and kind. The spa is beautifully decorated, clean, and calming! 10/10 would recommend coming here. I will be returning not only for future injections, but for new services as well!
