I recently visited Joliet Aesthetics, and the whole experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by an incredibly attentive and knowledgeable staff who made me feel incredibly at ease. Karissa the office manager and the business owners Cindy and Greg, went the extra mile to make sure I felt like I was at home. Their professionalism, paired with their warm, genuine care, set the tone for a truly elevated visit. The ambiance was absolutely spectacular- beautifully designed, clean, and luxurious in every detail. It created the perfect environment to unwind and fully enjoy the experience. Mykenzie in particular, was nothing short of fantastic. She left my skin glowing, refreshed, and noticeably rejuvenated. It’s clear she has a natural gift for making people feel comfortable and valued, and her positivity is contagious. Rebecca was also spectacular. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and the results are even better than I expected. It’s clear these two are passionate about their craft, and it shows in the quality of their work. Joliet Aesthetics embodies the perfect blend of luxury, expertise, and comfort. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone seeking high-end aesthetic care and an experience that feels indulgent from start to finish.

The entire staff at Joliet are so welcoming and friendly! Beautiful office also… very warm and inviting. Natalia is so kind and understanding to help create whatever your goal is. She’ explains the process and talks you through to ensure comfort and a positive experience takes place. McKenzie is incredible also, very upbeat, personable and an expert in aesthetics! Joliet Aesthetics MedSpa is truly this area’s best-kept secret! I had the most relaxing and thoughtful experience, from start to finish. The entire experience actually brought me to tears because I felt so genuinely cared for and because I realized I was doing something truly special for myself. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, calming, and incredibly inviting. I had an amazing facial with Mackenzie, and I can honestly say it was the best facial I’ve ever had. She was confident, knowledgeable, and her massage was to die for. My skin felt incredible afterward, happy, glowing, and deeply nourished. I loved my experience so much that I joined their Beauty Bank and already booked my next appointment. I’m heading into the new year taking better care of myself at a beautiful, caring, expert MedSpa and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!

Right when I walked in the door, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and positive energy. I saw Mykenzie for a custom facial and LOVED it! She helped me so much with my acne, we also did some IPL spot treatment for my acne and I have noticed a huge difference in just 24 hours. I can't wait for my next visit! I highly recommend!

Everyone in this office is SO nice! They welcome you in like you are family. They are so attentive. They take their time and listen to you intently, developing a treatment plan to address all of your concerns. The office is beautiful with a calming environment. I highly recommend Joliet Aesthetics!
