Naomi was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout my microneedling with PRP treatment. As an RN, her expertise really showed, and she made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and made the entire experience a great one. I highly recommend Naomi to anyone considering aesthetic treatments!
I went in today for my first visit at this location for micro-needling. The front desk staff was very pleasant, they checked me in without any issues. I had the pleasure of working with Emma the esthetician. She walked me through every step of what she was doing. She was by far one of the best estheticians that I have worked with. She gave me enough time to numb up and was constantly reassuring me of what she was doing and asking if I was comfortable. Towards the end of my visit I met with a skin consultant, she too was great. I definitely recommend this location. They were 45+ mins for me, but very worth it.
I recently scheduled appointments for my husband and myself at the med spa for Micro-needling PRP treatments. Both procedures were performed by Naomi, who conducted them with a high level of professionalism. However, the experience took a disappointing turn afterward due to Julie's approach. I believe she may be the owner or involved in sales and marketing. I found her attempts to upsell overpriced packages for treatments that are significantly overvalued to be quite troubling. More concerning was her unprofessional behavior in misleading my husband. Since my appointment was earlier, I had to leave before I could discuss the options with him. Julie informed him that I had expressed interest in these treatments, which was not the case. My conversation with her was straightforward, yet she tried to persuade him to purchase these services based on false information.
