I just wanted to give a shout out to the fabulous Makayla in scheduling. My provider Kimberly went on maternity leave and I did not realize when I canceled my appointment that I did not have any refills for my testosterone troche. When I realized my mistake, I was texting the office and asking for a refill. They said I would have to reschedule an appt but the only problem was that the next available appt was over 3 weeks away. I pleaded for help to be seen sooner or anything because I couldn’t wait that long but whoever I was talking to wasn’t helpful. It felt a little like I was just another inconvenience in their day. After getting nowhere asking for help, I called the office. At this point, Makayla answered the phone. I pleaded for help because I just couldn’t go that long without a refill. She was caring and reached out to the medical staff and was able to get a little extension of my prescription until I could be seen for my appointment. I felt so grateful that she cared enough to hear my predicament and do what she could to support me! Thank you Makayla for your compassion, professionalism and commitment!
The providers at Balance Hormone are absolutely wonderful but the front desk staff is very unkind. I asked about two charges because I had to cancel my appointment because I had a fever of 103 & didn't want to go in & get everyone sick (my husband is an MD & I'm very sensitive about this) & the gal at the desk was extremely rude about it. I'd give this review a 5 star if it wasn't for the front desk! If it wasn't for MacKenzie, I'd actually go somewhere else!
I see Carly Kemp for my hormones Every 3 months! My experience with her every visit is simply amazing! And just like talking to a friend! She answers every hard question I have! I always leave feeling great and feeling like all my questions were answered with accuracy and honesty!

Great experience for my first appointment with Balance Hormone Center. McKenzie listened to all of my concerns and went over all of my blood test results and gave her recommendations and the reasoning behind her recommendations and what may still be an option in addition after further testing.
