Absolutely love the providers but front desk and manager are unprofessional. Had an appointment rescheduled because of unforeseen circumstances. Had to wait for rescheduled appointment 3 and a half months. Called and confirmed month in advance since I needed to add services. Appoitment was there and additional service was added to it. One day before rescheduled appointment got no notification. Called to confirm and was told no appointment was ever on the books. Next available is another 4 months wait. Imagine my disappointment, but staff I talked to sounded like I have no reason to be upset since they were trying to help me. How is it even possible that they can’t see if it ever was scheduled? They saw it prior. Next available appointment over 7 months since the day I had to cancel original appointment. Very unfortunate that I have to leave a good provider due to incompetence of the front staff and management. Staff was talking over me because I was not listening to their help. How is it helpful in any way to me not being able to see my provider for over 7 months from original cancellation? Mistake was on their end not mine. No acceptable solution was offered.
The process of getting tested and then reviewing my results was as easy as it gets. My doctor was friendly, empathic and knowledgeable. She took all the time I needed to ask my questions. I left feeling seen and heard. When I needed to get a hold of my doctor after my appointment it was an easy text and she got back to me swiftly. I 100% recommend this place.
I see Carly Kemp for my hormones Every 3 months! My experience with her every visit is simply amazing! And just like talking to a friend! She answers every hard question I have! I always leave feeling great and feeling like all my questions were answered with accuracy and honesty!
