I had such an amazing experience at this med spa! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. Serena went above and beyond with her customer service — she made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and truly took the time to make the experience personalized. My facial was incredible and left my skin feeling refreshed, glowing, and so smooth. You can tell Serena genuinely cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and luxurious. I will definitely be coming back!
I had Serena C as my laser technician the other day and let me just say she is phenomenal! She is very educated on the service and how it works as well as taking time to tell me how to take care my my face after my service for my best results. I will definitely be coming back to see Serena again!
