Very professional and knowledgeable. I've been seeing Jillian Goldney for several years and I'm very happy with how she is addressing my dermatology needs. I was afraid I'd loose her services when Cigna was sold. Her office actually sought me out after Cigna was sold to Health Spring and informed me where she is now located and she accepts my new I medicare provider. I'd recommend Jillian Goldney to whoever is looking for a dermatologist with the characteristics I've described. Also the office support staff and very professional.
The doctor was fine, no issues with that. However, this was my first visit, so I was expecting to do the usual paperwork so I arrived a half hour early. After waiting and waiting, I went to the desk at my appointment time and asked if I had been forgotten about one of the girls at the front Desk snipped At me that my appointment was for 340 which it was 340 when I asked them so I turned around to start walking away in the same The same girl stopped me and said you need to do paperwork first so I said yes that’s why I got here early. she handed me the paperwork and before I could get the first page filled out I was called back to the doctor so I never got to finish the paperwork. as I was leaving the same girl at the front said you have several pages that need to be completed yet on your paperwork, I told her back that’s too bad that’s why I got here early and you didn’t let me do it. The front office staff needs to learn how to Treat people the proper way. I went there for a skin issue, not to be Treated poorly by some youngster that doesn’t know how to talk to people.
Anna did a super job with me as well as her assistant. She tended to all my skin concerns thoroughly and carefully. I’ll see her again in November. I am very pleased with my choice.
My experience with Dr. Jesse Olmedo couldn't be better. I am always confident that his care is thorough and compassionate. I have been going to him for annual skin checks for several years and have had a couple issues he promptly addressed. he is alway good natured and will take the time to make sure you know what is going on. I recommend AZ Dermatology and Dr Jesse to anyone living in the Surprise.
The office is always organized and friendly. The appointment was on time. Anna was very nice and did a thorough body scan and explained everything she saw. She was easy to talk to and took time to answer some questions I had.
