After visiting the previous location, I was pleasantly surprised by the new office. It’s much easier to access, located among other medical offices, and feels cleaner, brighter, and more convenient overall. The staff was friendly and helpful once I was able to connect with the office, and the nurse who removed my seborrheic keratosis was professional, efficient, and kind. The new space is brand new, modern, and very clean. Design-wise, it feels more functional than inviting at the moment. A few pieces of artwork, greenery, or warmer touches would go a long way toward softening the space and making it feel less like a waiting room and more aligned with the aesthetic services offered here. For routine dermatology care, I would absolutely return. If you’re looking for a luxurious, spa-like experience for cosmetic or facial treatments, this probably isn’t that type of office. For efficient, straightforward medical dermatology, however, it does the job well.
Christina was great! She was efficient, kind, knowledgeable. I had to have a small mole removed during my first visit and it was a seamless procedure! Rapidly numbed, super quick excision, painless and professional. Very impressed with this place.
I don’t think anyone will ever say they’re excited to go to the dermatologist - But the staff at this location, make the experience so rewarding that I can say I am excited to come in! Friendly at the front door, never waited more than a few minutes, friendly with the intake nurse, And the doctor is empathetic understanding and extremely helpful. I did not feel rushed or neglected! Great staff all around. I give him 50 stars if I could.!
NP Christina was amazing, I live in Gilbert and she is at the old town Scottsdale location this was the first time I’d been at that location and the first time I seen her, but it was well worth the drive 😊 and I’d drive it again. The Staff from the time I walk into the door to leaving were all welcoming and seemed very happy with what they do to help patients. I definitely recommend Christina her bedside manner and caring personality I give a 💯 Thank you B. Helton
Dr. Newman is wonderful. He's a really caring doctor and takes his time with you. He asks questions and actually listens. His MA is super great along with the rest of the staff.
