My experience with Affiliated Dermatology has been excellent. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I always felt well taken care of throughout my visits. Their patient portal is convenient and makes it easy to ask questions and communicate from home. I look forward to continuing my care with them in the future.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted warmly by the staff and immediately felt comfortable. I was referred to this location by my dermatologist in New York, and I'm so glad I came. My appointment with Jennifer Morgan Adams was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable and welcome throughout my visit. Before I left, the staff helped me schedule my follow-up appointment, which I appreciated. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Jennifer Morgan Adams and her team.
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here. What started as a great first Botox treatment quickly went downhill due to poor communication and scheduling errors. My first treatment wore off early, so I tried to schedule a follow-up. Upon arriving, I was told it was too early for another round. No one had informed me at my initial appointment that I had to wait three months. This was frustrating, especially given my 20-mile commute from South Phoenix to North Scottsdale. My specialist, Morgan, had her front desk staff reschedule me. However, when I showed up for that next appointment, I wasn't even on the schedule, and Morgan was out of the office for the week. Later, I called to confirm a separate July appointment with the doctor, only to find out that appointment didn't exist either. Losing two separate appointments and failing to provide basic follow-up information is completely unacceptable. While the clinical staff might be skilled, the customer service, only having one person to administer botox (for all locations), and administrative organization are severely lacking. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Trista Simon, NP was very thorough in my full body cancer screen and made it easy to ask questions. She was efficient in identifying some early skin cancer and froze some irritating moles without any reservation. She was genuinely focused on my wellbeing and has earned a new patient in me!
My experience with Affiliated Dermatology in the North Scottsdale office was very pleasant. I’m not fond of going to doctors… But the friendly front desk welcomed me and made the beginning consents on an iPad easy… The medical assistant was very warm and friendly and professional… And on time. Then, when Dr. Tristan Simon, came in, she took the time to listen to what I needed… She was caring, friendly, professional… And knew her stuff… Dr. Simon, with a doctor you can trust… She made me feel seen and heard and took care of a couple of concerns with great skill. I walked away, feeling cared for and happy and relaxed.
