I had an excellent with Joise at the Front Desk. She was caring, positive and definitely cares about the patients. Regina, the Medical Assistant very through, excellent patient care. Savanna the PA was fantastic. She addressed my concerns and what was needed to be done. I had a very positive experience with everyone. Everyone took time to listen and things were done on a timely basis. I highly recommend Affiliated Dermatology Tempe to everyone. Thank you, Susan Donnelle Jones
I have an appointment tomorrow. I would like to fill out forms. Easy question- how do I get them? But I've called three times and the phone is answered by AI, and you get transferred to another avatar who puts you on hold- for what- another AI agent? If I want the illusion of medical care from a computer I will sign up for that. I guess it would end their business if they let you talk to a human. What a lousy first impression. My expectations are quite low. I will update this after the appointment.
Absolutely poor bedside manner. Poor time management with patients. They had us in the waiting room for 40 minutes by past our appointment . Asked for $60 dollars before we were seen. When we finally went back to the room , we were in there for maybe four minutes for the doctor to speak to us like we were an inconvenience of our child’s hair follicle cyst. “It’s not a big deal”, and annoyed we were even asking questions. Not worth the $60 that went down the drain to see this doctor. Spoke to us as if it’s nothing and why are we wasting his time (we got referred). Not worth the time and money going here. Go somewhere else.
I’ve never had a bad interaction at this location. I’ve achieved the clear skin I’ve always wanted with their help! Dr Lavian has been direct to the point with helping me with skin goals. So sad he’s leaving. 5 stars all day 🙌🏽
The provider is friendly and helpful, but the front office staff have been extremely disappointing. Prior to my first appointment, I was required to download multiple apps and complete forms, only to be asked for the same information again in person. At my second appointment, they incorrectly told me I needed a referral, even though I had already been seen there previously and had an active referral on file. Scheduling is also very inconvenient and they use an automated system for any calls, texting, or scheduling. The latest appointment available is 4:00 PM, and the office is closed Friday through Sunday. I had to schedule my most recent appointment a month in advance and use PTO from work. After driving 30 minutes and waiting 20 minutes, I was told they had scheduled me too early and I could not be seen until the next day. No apology or explanation was offered for why this was not caught when the appointment was made or before I arrived.
