I had an amazing experience with Dr. Josh Olson and his team at Advanced Plastic Surgery Institute. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility itself is beautiful and very clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. I traveled over 1,800 miles from out of state for my procedure, and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Dr. Olson and the nurses were always responsive, informative, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I’m so glad I chose this office and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a procedure!

I've been going to the medspa for years. Krista and Tiffany are my go to girls for all things medspa! I trust them so much and they have kept me coming back for more! All of the ladies are amazing from the front desk to the assistants. I have never had a bad experience. If you want luxury and perfection, this is your place!

I may be the only person to write a review for APSI who never actually got their surgery done but I feel like I still need to review the Dr. and staff. The same week I was supposed to have my implant swap surgery, which had been in the works and planned for 5 months, I diagnosed with breast cancer. I was shocked and in a fog, confused and fearful and was still completely in the dark about what I was facing. My carefully planned life just took a 180. I forget the name of the woman who called me to check in the day before my APSI surgery was supposed to happen. I had just left my first doctors appointment where the imaging confirmed my irregular mammogram as cancer. She was so caring and told me she would check back the following week but to not worry about a thing on their end. When I talked with Patti the following week, she prepared a full refund check in less than a day for every penny I had paid, including my original consultation. She gave me a hug when I picked it up. She even sent the sweetest hand written card a week later. I wasn’t expecting a complete refund. It may seem like the “right” thing to do considering my circumstances but I’m sure they weren’t legally obligated to refund the costs they already incurred. Dr. Olson is obviously an extremely skilled plastic surgeon. It’s why I chose him. But he and his staff are truly top notch, caring individuals as well.

I underwent a mommy makeover and could not be happier with my results- they truly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Marks is exceptionally talented, and his attention to detail shows in every aspect of his work. His staff has been just as wonderful, particularly Darcy and Ali, who have been incredibly supportive throughout my post-op care and with all the behind-the-scenes details. Anytime I’ve had questions, they’ve been quick to respond and so helpful. Everyone I’ve shared my before-and-after photos with immediately asks for Dr. Marks’ information, I can’t recommend him and his team enough!
