I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Image Med Spa. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. A special thank you to Riley at the front desk, who was so friendly, warm, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made scheduling and answering my questions effortless. My consultation with KK was exceptional. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined my skin, and patiently answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was that she recommended a thoughtful treatment plan based on my skin's needs rather than trying to sell the most expensive procedures. Her honesty, knowledge, kindness, and genuine care gave me a lot of confidence in the plan we created together. It's not often you find a team that is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I'm excited to begin my skin journey with them and would highly recommend Advanced Image Med Spa to anyone looking for personalized, professional, and compassionate care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
All I can is wow about this. I've never in my life had so much information. This Dr and her staff are so very knowledgeable about ever intricate detail about any and all the procedures!!! Excellent just amazing, in AWE FORM. (" Down side big time, ITS WAY TO EXPENSIVE, wish there was a payment plan allowed with them, and or cost efficient to each patients income. Being poor myself or should I say not a lot of money being on disability that it would be better if it was possible to work with ppl financially in that manner. Showing proof of income and all of coarse to prove it!") As I mentioned before otherwise these women are amazing!!!
I happened to book a first time appointment here and I am so impressed with the services I received! The staff was so helpful and friendly and assisted me with my questions and forms for treatment. The Dr. was so knowledgeable and gave me several options for treatments. Explained everything to me very thoroughly and put me at ease with the procedures. I look forward to going back for more services soon!
