Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Kendall is excellent and highly thorough during his skin checks. My only complaint is the wait time; for both of my last two appointments, I wasn't called back until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Otherwise, this would easily be a five-star review.
I wish all doctor visits could be this efficient, productive and fast. I went in for an issue, but as a first time patient, I got there a little early to fill out paperwork. Once that was done, I was seen almost immediately. The doctor checked out my issue, let me know my options and my appointment was complete. I actually walked out before my original appointment's start time, with all the answers and a complete diagnosis. Perfectly professional staff and the nurse at check in was super friendly and nice. I would 100% recommend this provider.
Tasha Mack is awesome!! She is very thorough.. quick and accurate! She makes you feel comfortable and at ease.. as a former tanning bed patron (no more!)I feel very confident in her exams.. five stars for me and her assistant. Check out and check in ladies are super kind.. great office!
First time visit. I had filled the pre visit on line. Upon arrival I was checked. I was advised I needed to complete additional information and was given a tablet. I found the tablet had much of my information pre populated. The tablet had drop down boxes as you entered the data making quick and easier than paper/pen. I had a brief wait but was to exam room and answered a few questions verified me. After a few minutes Kendall was cordial and listed to me. He did exam and needed treatment explaining what needed to be done and open to questions. My appointment was for 1:30 and I was treated and out the door before 2:30.
Sheridan Jansen is knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend her. Also, the front staff is friendly and I have never had a problem with scheduling or being able to get ahold of them.
