My appointment was to have some suspicious skin areas checked. Wait time after check in was only 5 minutes. The PA, Kendall and his MA, Brittany, were very thorough and efficient with my exam. Kendall recommended a biopsy. Kendall and Brittany were very careful to insure that I was comfortable and pain-free throughout the procedure. Kendall gave me wound care instructions and said that he call me with biopsy results. Excellent care!
As a new patient, I was hapy that I was able to secure an appointment the next day. Easy to book online. The staff were great and friendly. Check-in process was smooth overall. The provider took his time and didn't feel rushed.
Sheridan and her assistant Journey made me feel welcomed and I left feeling very well cared for. I have a complex set of problems and they were very easy to talk to, they listened and gave me appropriate feedback. Waiting time was very minimal if any The front desk was awesome as well. Highly recommend this practice! I have a complicated such of medical issues and they easily navigate that for me and made me feel completely satisfied. I appreciate the care and attention I get from Kendall Jensen. He and his assistant were very thorough with my six month check. They showed professionalism when doing the biopsies. My previous experience at other dermatology offices made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Kendall and his assistant took care to show that my concerns mattered.
Tasha Mack is awesome!! She is very thorough.. quick and accurate! She makes you feel comfortable and at ease.. as a former tanning bed patron (no more!)I feel very confident in her exams.. five stars for me and her assistant. Check out and check in ladies are super kind.. great office!
