After being delayed 2 months to get an appointment time, we finally got into the clinic. The environment is what I’d call a ”Typical” clinic, after waiting 43 minutes behind scheduled appointment time… we finally saw a provider. Maybe if the clinic focused less on cosmetic anti-aging treatments (see their “Fresh face for Father’s Day” special going on) maybe we would have more available appointments and more time allocated to the medical patients needing treatment. Our provider Jonathan (NP) was professional, courteous, and established a plan of care. Jonathan was great! Leaving was bizarre, as we were required to speak with a woman on a virtual screen, to check out. That was a first for me at a clinic visit. Overall, it was a typical clinic experience
My husband and I had a very positive experience at A to Z Dermatology. Dr. Jonathan Alvaro and his staff were so accommodating, professional and took time to answer any questions or concerns we had. Dr. Alvaro was so caring and personable. Highly recommend he and his staff.
My NP, Nohe Sebhatu has changed practices and A to Z will not share where he's gone. I’m in care with him and won’t see anyone else. A to Z was not helpful and would not return my calls. I had to keep calling and get no help! None! Our healthcare is so disappointing and when a good practitioner is found I want to stay connected. A to Z is the last place I’d go now. Not helpful or patient centered.
We've been coming to this office for around a decade with no issues. Then this year my insurance decided to deny a medication. It was a painful 6+ weeks of back and forth, but the pain was all on my insurance side. I want to thank the office manager Mary for sticking with us and supporting us. She never got tired of my calls or follow-ups. I would highly recommend A to Z for the doctors AND the amazing office team.
