I was really disappointed with my experience. I initially came in for Botox, and everything went well. I was happy with the treatment, signed up for their $100/month membership, and was planning to continue spending money here for future services. The issue came with my follow-up appointment. The office called on Tuesday to confirm my Thursday appointment, and I confirmed that I would be there. Unfortunately, my plans unexpectedly changed on Wednesday—but the office is closed on Wednesdays, so there was no way for me to call and reschedule until Thursday morning. When I called first thing Thursday, I explained the situation and simply asked to reschedule my appointment to the following week. I wasn't trying to cancel altogether. Instead, I was told I would be charged a $50 late cancellation fee because it was less than 24 hours before the appointment. They later called back and said they would still charge the fee but could apply it toward future services. As a brand-new customer who had already spent several hundred dollars and committed to a monthly membership, I expected a little flexibility for a situation that was beyond my control. Instead, I felt like keeping the schedule full for the day was more important than keeping a loyal customer. Rather than working with me on a one-time reschedule, they chose to enforce the fee, which forced me to rearrange my entire day and weekend plans. It left a really bad impression. The Botox itself wasn't that good, my forehead still has tins of movement but customer service matters just as much. I canceled my membership. I will not be returning.

Did my first Microneedling appt with Emily today and she was absolutely amazing! Full of information and walked me through every step of the process as it happened and what to expect over the next few days. Definitely recommend!

I am unable to effectively put into words what an great experience this was. I have had injections and fillers in the past but nothing compares to this. Kayla PA, explained everything in detail, gave me multiple options, and was so gentle with the injections. Minimal pain and no bleeding. She has alot of medical experience so she is very knowledgeable. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. An amazing experience and I will be back!
